The 'Choppah' 8" chef's knife
In Australia, a ‘Choppah’ (or ‘Chopper’) can be many things: a helicopter, a motorcycle, a tooth, a Toe Cutter, but here at Bainbridge Metalworks we’re believers in the Bauhaus maxim that form follows function, and thus we like to name things after what they do (in this case, chop).
Handmade 8” stainless steel chef’s knife (8” blade, 12” total length), made with CPM S35VN stainless steel, brass pins and various handle material options (shown in desert ironwood).
